Independence opened its doors as an Intermediate 4th, 5th, and 6th grade school in 2020. We have approximately 700 students and a staff of 75. Independence values our staff, students, and families and are committed to providing a quality educational experience for everyone.

We open the doors at Independence every morning at 7:10am and the tardy bell rings at 7:40pm. Breakfast is served every morning and students may go directly to the cafeteria upon arrival. Our school day ends at 2:40pm.

If you have a student that takes medication during the school day please stop by the office to complete a medical form. The office will also assist new families that need to set up a parent portal account.
